Gathering at Eagle Field
Despite the low ceilings and scud, several MAAG members braved the weather to bring their planes to Eagle Field today. Phil Ciholas hosted this month's MAAG event, providing a delicious lunch of barbecue beef, potato salad, beans, and more. We had over 50 people in attendance and 9 airplanes fly in. Thanks Phil for a fun day of airplanes, food, and hangar flying. That's what MAAG is all about!During a short business meeting, it was noted we only lost about $100 on the fly-in after all the bills were paid. Not bad! We also mentioned some of the ideas for making next year's fly in even better. If you have thoughts, let the club leadership know. The DVDs of the fly-in prepared by Roxane Turner were also distributed.
